The full amount of the course fees are to be paid at the time of enrolment, or by invoice arrangement with an employer or educational establishment
Places cannot be guaranteed until Yoobee School of Design receives the full course payment
Receipts will be issued at the beginning of the course
At Yoobee's discretion, refunds may be given if students withdraw from a course in writing at least one week prior to the commencement of the course
We reserve the right to charge an Administration fee of $80 to be added to a student's invoice, if the student has failed to attend a scheduled course, and also fails to notify of changes, at least one week prior to the commencement of the course
We reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses up to two days prior to the start date due to low enrolments or circumstances beyond our control – a full refund will be provided in this case.
We reserves the right to modify the fees, scheduled time and course structure
We may suspend an enrolment if false information has been supplied or required information is not supplied by the due date
We can archive, display or utilise any artistc material generated during the course of study
We may collect, store and use any personal and course related customer information for internal purposes, or as requested by the Tertiary Education Commission, the New Zealand Qualifications Authority or other Government agencies in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993. Customers are entitled to request to see personal information held about them by Yoobee School of Design.
Course Cancellation and Transfer Policy:
More than 4 weeks before course start date: 100% refund of course fees, minus $80 admin fee
Between 4-2 weeks before course start date: 50% refund of course fees, minus $80 admin fee
Less than 2 weeks before course start date: Not eligible for refund of course fees
Can be made up to 7 days before course start date. Will incur an admin transfer fee of $80
Not eligible for a transfer if less than 7 days before course start date
