During this seven-week part time course you’ll learn the full process of UX design. Exploring the role of UX Designer, you’ll learn the importance of UX design and its impact on usability. The skills you learn can be applied to a range of contexts, including web and app design for desktop and mobile.

By the end of the course, you will know:

  • How to research your users and create experiences tailored to their needs, while meeting the business requirements of a project.
  • Apply the principles of design to screen, interface and navigation design, and create working prototypes.
  • How to create effective usability tests to gather important user feedback.
  • Use iterative design process to prepare your design solution for development.

Software used will be free to access and will be specified on your first lesson.


Classes are taught in a computer lab onsite, computers have the necessary software installed.

Entry Requirements

This is an introductory course so no prior experience is needed although proficiency with computers is useful.

International students need to be at least 18 years old.
