Build confidence. Discover your strengths. Get ready for what's next.
This practical programme helps you build the confidence, skills and experience to take your next step into work or further study.
You will work on projects and group activities that build your confidence and help you figure out what you're good at. You'll learn how to work well with others, through teamwork, group projects, and real conversations not textbooks.
You'll pick up the everyday habits employers look for, like time management skills, using digital tools, and handling yourself well in a workplace.
By the end, you'll have a CV, some interview practice, and a clear plan for what's next.
Upon successful completion of this programme, you will receive the New Zealand Certificate in Foundation Skills (Level 2)*, and you can move straight into a Level 3 course or into work.
FREE STUDY
If you're aged 16–24 and meet the entry requirements, you could do this course for free through Youth Guarantee.
