Bachelor of Software Engineering Scholarships
Yoobee College of Creative Innovation has partnered with local and international tech powerhouses to offer a limited number of scholarships supporting a range of future leaders. These include:
Māori & Pasifika Scholarships
At Yoobee we want to support anyone historically under-represented in the tech industry and therefore we have a number of scholarships for our Māori & Pasifika students to apply for.
Women in Tech
We are passionate about supporting women to succeed in a traditionally male-dominated field.
The scholarships give students with potential and passion for tech access to subsidised study for each year of their Bachelor of Software Engineering degree.
If you're interested in applying for a scholarship, please see application details below. We're still working through some of the details but would love to hear from you and recommend applying early.

How do I apply?
Applying for our scholarships is easy. You can start the application process from the comfort of your own home by filling out the form on this page. Once we've received your application, we'll be in touch about a Letter of Intent, which is part of your official Yoobee College of Creative Innovation application. In this letter you can outline that you'd like to be considered for a scholarship while you study with us.
To be eligible to apply you must be a NZ Permanent Resident or NZ Citizen.
The submissions will be judged by Yoobee's Academic and Admissions Panel, which will consist of representatives from the programme that the student is applying for as well as members from the Admissions department.
The scholarship entitles you to a significant discount on the tuition fees for all three years of the programme, starting in February 2022. Any costs not covered by the scholarship are able to be paid via StudyLink.
Living costs are also eligible to be paid via StudyLink. Find out more about living costs in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch here.
Scholarship recipients must maintain a minimum GPA and complete the course in the standard duration of the programme.
