South Seas Film School, Aotearoa's longest-established film school, invites aspiring filmmakers to bring their ideas to life in this immersive three-day school holiday bootcamp. Designed for students in Years 11-13, this programme is ideal if you are passionate about film, creative storytelling, or pursuing a future in the screen industry.
On-campus
Lights + Camera + Action
Working in a production team, you will experience every stage of filmmaking, from developing an initial concept and planning a production to filming, directing, and editing. You will gain practical experience using Adobe Premiere Pro and industry-standard camera, audio, and lighting equipment.

Directing location and studio productions·
Post-production using Adobe Premiere Pro
At the end of the programme, your team's completed production will be screened in South Seas Film School's full-size theatre.
