Acting - School Holiday Programme
3 daysThis 3-day introductory course is designed to give students an insight into the methods and techniques needed to make it in the Film & Television industry!
3 Days | 9am – 3pm | Auckland Campus Only
An intro to on-screen acting!
During this course, you will have the opportunity to be assessed on ability to focus, take direction, learn, and interpret lines as well as ensemble work. Work is recorded and reviewed throughout the course, enabling students to identify their potential as actors within the industry.
Work in front of the camera in ad lib situations & with scripts
Basic acting technique and script analysis
Audition technique and commercial work
Group work included, please also ensure you wear comfortable clothing and closed toe shoes.
Insights into the industry and potential career paths - tutors will also take time to discuss and answer questions about industry careers and the content and training methods of Yoobee Colleges.
