In an online world, web and mobile application development skills are in huge demand.

In this course, you’ll learn to design, develop and test responsive websites and mobile applications using programming languages SQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, ASP.NET and Android Studio. In one year, we'll take you from the basics, through several programming languages, to where you'll have the skills to develop a custom solution with beautiful interfaces that enhance user experience.

While you may feel right at home with technology, working with humans is a key part of any development project. As part of the course, you’ll learn how to effectively figure out a client’s requirements, learn how to manage their expectations and ultimately deliver an excellent custom solution. You’ll also work to industry-standard codes of practice and conduct (IITP), including privacy and security protocols.

On completion you will gain a New Zealand Diploma in Web Development and Design (Level 5).
