Software and equipment: For optimal performance when studying remotely, we recommend:
Your computer is up to date (ensure you have the latest version of the necessary plug-ins, drivers, bug fixes and security updates)
You have reliable internet speed and connection.
Your computer has access to a webcam and microphone.
Please do not use a Chromebook - Chromebooks are not intended for heavy-duty processing such as Adobe Creative Cloud software so it is best to avoid using these.

Fees: This programme is funded by the Tertiary Education Commission within New Zealand’s Government Budget.
Entry Requirements: You must be in employment and consistently involved in adult or tertiary training as part of your role, with access to 3-6+ adult learners in your workplace or a community-based organisation. As part of the programme, a supervisor, team lead, or peer must be available to support with observations.
